Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm the order by email once we have accepted it. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and will not charge you for it.

We may decline an order — for example where we cannot deliver to the address given, where the contact details do not work, or where an order looks fraudulent.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees and include any applicable tax. Delivery and cash-on-delivery handling charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm.

Prices can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price for that order. Payment is on delivery unless we have agreed something else with you in writing.

Using the product

This is a hair fragrance. It is for use on hair, not on skin, and it is not a medicine, a treatment or a styling product. Keep it away from your eyes, do not spray it near a flame, and stop using it if you have a reaction. If you know you are sensitive to fragrance, check the ingredient list before you buy.

Accuracy of this site

We describe the products as accurately as we can, but colours on screen vary between displays and scent is subjective. Nothing on this site is a promise that a scent will suit you.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Beyond that, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the law of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
